My Weight Loss Journey
Over the past year, I’ve experienced significant changes in my weight. From a starting point of 121 kilograms, I managed to shed an impressive 23 kilograms, bringing my weight down to 98 kilograms. However, life has a way of throwing curveballs, and in recent months, I’ve found myself gaining back 8 kilograms, including some muscle gain. With my current weight at 106 kilograms, I’ve decided it’s time to take proactive steps to reclaim control of my health and well-being.
